The company was established in 1990 by Dr. Adil Bushnak and subsequently merged with Moya and re-branded as Moya Bushnak in 2009. Moya Bushnak has experience and has been involved in water related projects with a combined capacity of over 481,000 m3/day. Moya Bushnak pioneered the local application of latest technologies and innovative solutions, including the privatization of bulk water supply in Saudi Arabia.
